A fully funded PhD position is offered at the Chemistry Deptartment of University of Massachusetts Lowell to develop synthetic organic/polymeric injectable materials that will be used for biomedical and clinical applications. Areas of interest include hemostasis, tissue sealants, and Alzheimer’s disease. The candidate is expected to have experience in the synthesis and characterization of organic compounds and/or polymers. Bio-related background will be also considered.
